You may not remember me but I returned a Vaude Mark 2 to you some time ago as it seemed to be having some problems.

I had expected that you would probably have just reproofed the fly sheet and floor or offered me some advice on how I could do this myself, so I am sure you can imagine my surprise when upon returning home for a long trip to Borneo there was a whole new tent waiting for me.

I would just like to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for your fantastic result. I feel that I have received excellent service that was well above the call of duty.

I will certainly continue to recommend Vaude tents and the excellent service of their UK distributor.

Just writing to say that our new tent inner and ground sheet arrived by FedEx yesterday, and to say thanks for all your assistance.

I would like to add that I have been really impressed with the quality of your customer service, not just in terms of outcome, but, equally importantly, the level of communication you've maintained with me. I've always recommended Vaude tents to friends, based on my experience of the product; I can add to that my experience of the customer service.

Hi there,

We recently brought a Vaude Jolly Comfort baby carrier. We spent a long time debating which baby carrier to buy and decided to pay the extra for the Vaude design. We actually live in Denmark so I got my folks to get it for me in the UK and they brought it over to France where we met them for a holiday. Unfortuntly, my husband slammed the boot onto the buckle on the belt part and broke it. When I came back from our holiday, I called your office to see how I could order a new part - the lovely man on the phone said that he would send me the buckle. It arrivied the next day at my parents and they sent it over to me in Denmark. We've just got it.

I'm writing to thank you for your excellent service and for sending the buckle so swiftly - I was prepared to pay for it and was bracing myself for a logistical / purchasing nightmare but the lovely man on the phone said it wasn't neccesary. So thank you!

I also wanted to say, that we're very pleased that we went with the Vaude brand - our daughter Matilda is 7 months old and it is comfy for her to sit in and for us to carry her. To show how comfortable it is for her - I enclose a photo of her sat in it, sucking her thumb. She only sucks her thumb when she is ready to go to sleep - so she felt comfortable enough to sleep in it!

Pole Replacement

A quick email to thank you for sorting out our poles for our Division Dome. They were delivered to Matt's work yesterday and we have unpacked them tonight.

We really appreciate your help with sorting out this problem and we are looking forward to trying out the tent in the new year.
